Thomas M. Tepe, Jr. is a Senior Consultant with KMK Consulting Company. Tom has extensive experience in real estate development, zoning, and land use planning, working with numerous national and regional property owners and real estate developers.

Tom has spent his career working with governmental bodies and administrative entities. He has successfully represented land developers in opposing zoning referenda before all Greater Cincinnati Boards of Election, as well as chairing a committee organized to defeat a referendum in Ohio’s largest Township on the ballot. In addition to his zoning practice, Tom has been successful in obtaining significant real estate tax reductions for property owners throughout Ohio involving major office complexes, retail/commercial developments and industrial property. His representation of real estate developers covers all facets of a property’s development.

Prior to joining KMKC, Tom served as an intern to former Ohio State Senate President, Richard H. Finan. He also served as an aide to former Ohio Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery.

Tom received a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University and a law degree from the Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law, magna cum laude. He is active in a number of community organizations including serving as Trustee for the Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati.
