Mr. Spoor provides valuable support to both the Economic Development Organization clients as well as the corporate clients of KMK Consulting utilizing his vast experience and expertise in the area of government and private activity bond issues and general municipal law. He is also a partner of Keating Muething & Klekamp, PLL where he has an extensive practice in bond and municipal finance, real estate financing, real estate taxation, commercial loan structuring and government affairs. A sampling of his bond related worked includes serving as Bond counsel for the Newport Aquarium in Newport, Kentucky, Of Counsel for the Toledo Convention Center, Underwriter counsel for the Savannah, Georgia Airport Financing and Bank counsel for the Kentucky League of Cities and the Kentucky Association of Counties Bond Pool Programs.

Mr. Spoor is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and also the University of Cincinnati where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations along with the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He received the Ohio Super Lawyer designation by Law & Politics in 2007 and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Spoor served as an Officer in the US Army from 1966 to 1969, including service with the First Air Calvary Division in Vietnam where he was awarded the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart and the Air Medal.
