Mr. Gardner provides senior consulting support to KMK Consulting's Corporate Services team in the area of tax analysis and tax strategy. He is also a partner of Keating Muething & Klekamp, PLL where he concentrates his tax specialty in real estate, real estate syndications, finance transactions, business planning and formation and representation before the IRS.

Mr. Gardner is a Certified Public Accountant and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he teaches a third year Business Planning course. He is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Gardner is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Gardner is a member of the Cincinnati, State of Ohio and American Bar Associations, along with the American Institute of Public Accounts and the Arbitration Tribunal of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Gardner is active in a number of community and civic organizations including 4-C for Children, the Cincinnati Rowing Center and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
