Biography

Ken's practice touches all areas of real estate development including financing, real estate taxation, building and preservation code matters, rail/utility rights of way, renewable energy leases, sustainable building practices and incentives, and climate change concerns, all instrumental to achieve superior results in a variety of client transactions. 

Ken has transactional experience with Opportunity Zones, New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, shopping center acquisitions, and major league sports facility developments. 

Ken was named a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is certified as a specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a licensed title insurance agent and serves as Executive Vice President, Chairman of the Board, and Agent for Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMK.
