Biography
Andrew is a principal member of the KMK Consulting site selection and incentives team working regularly with our largest national clients. He is a key participant in all issues related to the financing of real estate and industrial developments.
Andrew's work concentrates in the areas of municipal tax-exempt and taxable bond financing, as well as tax incentive and economic development programs. In particular, he has experience with numerous governmental incentive programs, including port authority financing options and various state job creation tax credit programs. Andrew also advises banks in addressing the financing needs of local governments.
