KMKC Retained by Florida Chamber of Commerce
Cincinnati, October 1, 2005 - KMK Consulting Company is proud to announce that it has been retained by the Florida Chamber of Commerce to direct a leadership assessment process and to provide strategic advice regarding finalizing the organization’s new headquarters facility and related initiatives.
KMKC will work directly with the Chamber staff and with selected Board leadership on investor issues, strategic planning support for the new plan, and indoctrination into the Chamber culture. KMKC will direct a leadership assessment and consensus building process to properly position the Chamber members for the new program and to incorporate critical input from key members relative to the program’s strengths and opportunities for improvement, discussion of future goals and benchmarks as well as competitive trends within the Chamber’s scope of responsibility.
