KMKC Senior Consultant Achieves Nearly $200 Million in Real Estate Financing Transactions
Cincinnati, December 18, 2000- KMK Consulting is proud to announce that John Twombly, Senior Consultant with KMK Consulting, will reach nearly $200 million in real estate financing transactions for the calendar year 2000.
This achievement comes on the heals of record setting figures for 1999 when John reached previous all time highs in excess of $110 million in financing and refinancing of real estate properties. For that year, he was able to amass for his clients D/S savings of over $675,000, $3.2 million in net REFI proceeds, and savings of third party broker fees in excess of $1 million.
In addition to his work as a member of the KMK Consulting Real Estate Solution Group, John is also Executive Vice President of Towne Properties and Manager of the Towne Finance Group. He has worked with national and regional developers, investors and owners and has successfully applied his expertise to provide his clients with the best possible financing and savings never before realized. |
