KMKC Adds New Economic Development Specialist
Cincinnati, February 18, 2004-
KMK Consulting Company is proud to announce that it has recently hired Robert W. Jennings, Jr. as Vice President to practice in the areas of economic development, real estate, and business representation and transactions. He will also be Of Counsel at Keating, Muething & Klekamp law firm, our parent company. His career has focused on providing public and private entities with advice and counsel on a wide range of transactions. He has worked on highly sophisticated debt financing and real estate transactions in over 25 states for public, public/private partnerships and competitive commercial and industrial real estate projects.

Prior to joining KMK Consulting, Bob was with the law firm of Griffin-Fletcher, LLP, where he provided legal and advisory services to real estate developers, financial institutions and private corporations. He also spent over seven years with Tamkin Development Corporation and its sister company, Public Facilities Investment Corporation, as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Bob was with Peck, Shaffer & Williams LLP for fourteen years working as Counsel on financings for state and local governments in the areas of public utilities, housing, economic development, transportation and equipment leasing. He has worked extensively with industrial development bonds, general obligation and revenue bonds, as well as creative finance mechanics such as tax increment financing, Certificates of Participation and tax-exempt lease transactions.
Bob received his B.A. from Kenyon College, cum laude (1978) and his J.D. from The Capital University Law School, Order of the Curia (1981).
