Keating, Muething & Klekamp Partner Featured Speaker at
National Conference on Corporate Aircraft Transactions


Cincinnati, July 24, 2002- KMK Consulting Company is proud to recognize that Michael Bigler, a partner with Keating, Muething & Klekamp, was a featured speaker at the Seventh Annual Corporate Jet Transactions Conference in New York City earlier this month. Mike was on a panel that discussed the aviation industry’s response to September 11th.

The conference allowed industry leaders to come together to discuss growth and potential in corporate aircraft transactions and fractional ownership interests. Some of the topics of discussion included: the impact of September 11 on business aviation; regulatory issues regarding fractional ownership and the status of subpart K; exploring foreign markets of Asia, Europe and Latin America; the impact of the European Union on business aviation; protecting the lender’s and lessor’s interests; and exploring leasing and financing options.

The Conference included representatives from the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Aviation Subcommittee, National Business Aviation Association, Federal Aviation Administration, Bank of America, Boeing Capital Corporation, GMAC Commercial Finance, NetJets, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and Marsh USA among many other industry leaders.
