KMKC Retained to Assist in Realignment of Spokane Economic Development
Cincinnati, July 2, 2001- KMK Consulting Company (KMKC) is proud to announce that it has been retained by the Avista Corporation to assist its regional management and the leadership of the Spokane area in assessing and finalizing the agenda and leadership structure for the next generation of the region’s economic development strategic plan.
KMKC will focus its efforts on enhancing the attitudes, vision, passion, commitment, and consensus of the top leadership of the region relative to most effectively strengthening the Spokane region’s programs and structure consistent with its overall economic development mission. Along with KMKC and support from prominent business and political leaders of the Spokane region, Avista Corporation will work to craft the best collaborative organization and leadership resolve to support and sustain the successful implementation of a competitive, pro-active and regional economic development plan. This leadership process will include discussion of regional priorities, goals, core strategies and outcome measurement, such that the business plan, its structure, budget goals, and program leadership will be determined through leadership input and support.
