KMKC’s Unique Advantage for Executive Searches
“By far the most thorough and highly professional search I have ever experienced.”
                  - Selection Committee Co-chair for recent KMKC client executive search
                  - Managing Partner, Leading Global Real Estate Company
KMK Consulting expanded its work into the executive search arena at the request of our clients. Because our firm historically has been engaged in building high-performance public and private organizations, we have extensive personal associations with corporate and government leaders in more than 100 markets across the nation.
It naturally followed that our clients feel we are in the best position to find new leaders to help them achieve the ambitious blueprints for change that we help them to develop.
Our executive recruiting work has been primarily for clients who intend to restructure or have recently restructured their organization and are seeking change-agent candidates – those leaders with a demonstrated drive to capably move forward with new or refocused missions.
Our clients also share another imperative common thread – the requirement for broad outreach to and inclusion of qualified minority candidates.
